Wayne County Friend of The Court ripoff screwed others too

I have had problems with the Wayne County Friend of The Court for months now. I am supposed to get $80 a week. It seems each month I am calling, faxing, e-mailing them on where my checks are. Sometimes I get $100.75 then the next week I get $33.00 - they even had the gall to send me a check once (in the middle of the month for a total of $2.20)

They tell me that if I add the checks up for the month it will come out to be $320 (which it does) but I never know when to expect a check, how much it is. How am I supposed to raise 2 children on a fixed budget this way???

All I want is what I have coming - my ex-husband's checks are garnished each week so the money is at Friend of The Court. Who are they to decide how much I get & when I get it if it has already been ordered by a judge at $80 per week?

Another thing - they garnish his check for $100.75 each week yet I only get $320 a month - where is the extra money going? They tell me they send it back - BULL! He has yet to see any mon ey back from them - Friend of The COurt - I want my money - I want my money paid to me as the judge ordered $80 a week - I don't care if it is easier for you to do 2 checks a month or what ever stupid sytem you are using - I'm not here to make it easy for you - it sure is impossible for me dealing with you.

Today is September 17th I haven't had a check for 2 weeks now (but they have his money) how am I supposed to go grocery shopping this week to feed my kids? This is not funny any more - SOME BODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SCREWED UP SYSTEM - we (single parents) cannot survive this way
