Company Closed down now i'm unable to make payments to this company so I won't have a repo on my credit report

My Vehicle has been stolen and i'm trying to located it and also make payments on the car but the company is gone out of business I was forward to a company called Synergy but they failed to assist me in the documents I need to recover my stolen vehicle they stated in a firm matter that I would need to make a payment on this account of 491.00 by friday i'm needing more information in regards to this procedure and company.
