Car stereo in, horrible customer service

A place called Sound Image in Rancho Cucamonga located on Foothill Blvd. Charged me over $400 dollars for bogus parts that were supposed to make my convertible car have some bass. When confronting the individual, name Rami, he said "all sales final, " and did not even bother to check or fix the products. I have also heard of some complaints from other individuals at my gym concerning that horrible stereo shop.
I was not happy at all with their service, products, or salesmanship. My engine sounds louder than the supposed bass. The head unit went out after 4 months!!!
