Stole $1100 From Us "Repairing/Replacing" Brakes Which Immediately Were Worse, Then Denied It!

Not only did they refuse to repair a problem which was immediately AUDIBLY (LOUDLY) sounding and feeling worse, but they also claim there's nothing wrong with it. The sound of scraping metal and brakes that barely catch Less Than A Month after they replaced them is a pretty obvious problem. As soon as we get ANOTHER THOUSAND DOLLARS we are going to Sears, who will most likely inform us we need to do the whole thing again. Will post outcome, but Never Going To Sullivan Again!!! Rude, Flippant, Sketchy Sons of Bi*ches!!!
