Ripped off overcharged $363.66 for front brakes false ad

Went to Brakes 4 Less in Southaven Ms as new to the area, was not aware what a ripoff this company was. Went in to have front brakes put on my car 2001 Dodge Intrepid. The special advertising said $99.00 for full brakes. That is such a bunch of bull. Dont be fooled by this fake advertising, they say they will beat anyones price for brake repair. They charges me $ 363.66 just for front brakes. They said my car reqired ceramic pads, thats a lie they charged additional $65.00 for this, they said I needed 2 rotors, another lie had them tested at 3 other brake places and only 1 was bad, as they ripped me off so bad, and we got into an arguement with the manager Tim South and requested the parts, imeddiately after we left there we went to the dealership, where we were quoted a cheaper price for the brake work, and another 2 brake places told us the same thing, that we were totally overcharge for the work they did.

They charged $ 80.00 to put on 2 rotors, 1 of which we did not need, and charge 120.00 for the rotors, and $ 50.00 to change the brake fluid... This is not a joke this place is really a rip off and as I am a single mother of 1 income I wanted to warn other people about this business, after some time I have found out that they do not have a good reputation in Southaven, I only wish someone would have told me this before I went there. And to know that the dealership at Chrysler was cheaper then they are, that is bad. As I didnt go to the dealership because I thought they would be expansive. If you see those fliers they put in the mail about the $99.00 brake spacial, that is a lie.

In fact when the manager was in the back getting my parts that I requestes I was looking at the stack of invoices on the desk and there were not ANY... For $99.00 As they advertise they were all for $360.00-$500.00 They told me I needed alot of stuff that I in deed did not, after taking the parts, and making phone calls I found out that I got ripped... So take caution of the BRAKES 4 LESS IN SOUTHAVEN, MS They are bad news... And i wanted to warn... All the women out there... They will tell you things that are not true, and charge you for parts that you did not need.
