I had called CPS to have a deferrment put on my car loan and i had left a message for desiree to call me back and that was like at 10:00 central time I called her back at 1:00 central time and she said oh i just back to my desk, Bull crap. I had told her that I couldnt make a payment and I was told to call and speak with someone about a deferrement. SHe was abrutley rude with me and told me she don't handle that.
