Rude Representatives and Run-Around When Requesting a Deferment

I had called CPS to have a deferment put on my car loan and I had left a message for desiree to call me back and that was like at 10:00 central time I called her back at 1:00 central time and she said oh i just back to my desk, Bull crap.
