Charged me for a rebuilt motor, and instead left my old one in with a few new parts Huntington

I got charged 1700$ for a 2.7 rebuilt motor that was to be put in to my 98 Concorde, Ron Leist, the owner of Bangs Muffler City advertised one he already had rebuilt, i took him up on this offer after checking up on his record as a mechanic, what I didnt tell him was that i have only a few short months away from getting my associate of applied science in auto mechanics, I could have changed the motor myself, but I dont have the time nor are we able to do these at the school I attend. I knew from the diagnostics that i had ran on the car that the oil pump was bad and I had 2 weak cylinders. I know that these motors are crap and usually blow at 150,000 miles, i got the car at 108,000 miles and there were cobwebs on the intake cover, when i got the car back from Ron, which was 2 weeks later instead of the promised 5 days later, the warranty he had promised me was changed and he wouldnt let me see my old motor when i asked him had he had a chance to see what was wrong with it. I paid him my remaining amount and drove 30 miles back to town, when I got to town, i pulled into the gas station and my car died, i opened the hood and saw the same cobwebs still on the bolts, and finally got the car to start again, i drove home and called him, told him about the car dying and he said he would be in town that weekend and he would look at it, he never showed up by the way, when i went to go back out to my car after calling him, my car wouldnt start again until the next morning, so i got it to the school and found that the wires from the ac compressor were ripped out of the wiring harness and were shorting out on the block, I caled him on this since if he changed the motor he would have had to take them off in order to get to it, he said he had no idea what i was talking about, my blower motor also doesnt work after getting the car back from him. So, i fixed the wiring and 2 days later i checked the oil and i was almost a quart low the oil i use is synthetic blend and there is no way the oil should be so low, i had also called him because the motor was clattering and blowing blue smoke, i checked it at school and for some reason i still have 2 weak cylinders and theres a new oil pressure sending unit which is like a 200$ part, that i didnt get charged for mind you. He told me to put 600 miles on it and then he would look at it, but we would be responsible for the labor charges.

So, to make a long story short, my computer is fried, ive had to replace the iac motor, the throttle blade since they had it wound tighter than it was supposed to be, the cam shaft position sensor, plus im on my 4th quart of oil after only 1000 miles, and not to mention that the drive belt tensioner and mounting bracket busted in half because the alternator only had 1 bolt holding it in and the belt i had to buy new. When i called him and asked him if the motor was new since I think its funny that this REBUILT motor has all the same problems as i did before except more problems, and he told me well its not new its rebuilt, well it was supposed to be, he tells me one day he knows what hes doing and he gets all rude with me since he says he has rebuily 20 or 30 of these, how can i take my car back to someone who didnt do the wwork i paid for to begin with, i also was charged for spark plugs, and when i checked them a week later, they were the same ones that were in the car when i bought it. I asked him to be honest with me and why did i get a 200$ part for free when you charged me for spark plugs that you didnt even change, he said dont worry about it, all you need to know is you got a new part and thats that, bring the car back and ill fix it i must have made a mistake. I dont think so, im going to have to take him to small claims.
