I purchased a used mitbushi lancer from these folks in 4/06 having a $500.00 deposit. The girl within the car or truck department and her supervisor was so good but used to donot recognize after I was test-driving vehicle as her supervisor was simply operating his mouth the air-condition and stereo was on. Once i got home that evening using the vehicle and slice the stereo down, i discover a noisy/scraping sound underneath the cover. 24 hours later after I named them to create the vehicle in, no body might return my calls.

Once, i talked to jerry rocco, general supervisor about that issue he explained he did not understand something. He later named me back again to state that the car or truck supervisor, mr skillings stated that the vehicle was Damaged also it was my car today. And so I had a need to have it repair the easiest way I will. Jerry rocco stated that used to do not need a (3) three-day grace time and vehicle is really as is. Easily attempted in the future on his home to come back vehicle he'd have authorities charge me and set foreclosure on my credit.

These twisted people later returned and repo'd vehicle in fourteen days. Refused to provide me my money-back and got me to courtroom for "scam" costs they triggered ME!!! Once they would be the types that intentionally promoting Orange/Katrina vehicles and tearing off ladies, aged, and low income people. I've reported with this organization with tx attorney-general, greater business agency and named radio stations station that promotes for them. Radio stations announcer (dj) stated that they did not wish to quit joe myers from marketing since it was a large mentor of his plan. I expected him if he experienced any responsibility to his callers or market for permitting a "scam-artist" such as this organization to feed on-US. The dj mentioned it had been the dog owner's obligation.

I'm not able to prosecute today because of resources are reduced. But, i tell everybody i match or but in people discussion to alert them-not to-go everywhere around "Joe Myers Toyota" on 290 and eldridge in jersey town.
