Enterprise Rent A Car ripoff Enterprise Rental Co. Along with Joe Myers Ford and the Jersey Village Police Dept LIED Had me Arrested for Phone Harassment

(Phone Harassment charges) over the return of a car under warranty with Joe Myers Ford.

1. I have had transmission repair at Joe Myers under warranty several times during the yr I purchased my 2003 Mustang

2. This time after 1 week in a enterprise rental car paid for by Joe Myers. I was told nothing wrong with your transmission. It makes a grinding noise going into reverse. My son was told that reverse gear is not synchronized. Joe Myers GM and Ford rep said nothing wrong at 5:30PM. Joe Myers said will not pay for 1 more day on rental even though agreed to meet next day with FORD REP.

3. I leave to go eat and go to hotel where I work.

4. Call from enterprise girl says return the car I say don't bleep in call again "I'll be there tomorrow" MY CAR IS NOT DONE!

5. Call from officer

6.2 hours later return to dealer (Joe Myers Ford)

7. I am arrested in just 5 min for phone Harassment

8. Pick up my car next day from Joe Myers. They refuse to finish the job.

9. My lawyer just called says this isn't the first time they have done the exact same thing!!! 3 more cases just like this!!! Just waiting to go to court have not pleaded in my case yet.

10. Today I spoke with VP of Enterprise Houston Texas said he believed this was misunderstanding. And that the girl did not clearly understand what you said! WOW/pretty scary
