In March many acquaintances and that I created concerns at Home Inn Houston Intercontinental Airport at Greenspoint (Houston, TX), having a charge card guarantee. Whenever we reached the resort late about the morning of March 21, we were informed from the resort director the resort couldn't recognize our concerns since additional visitors had chose to increase their stay. They agreed to deliver us to a different resort (not of the Marriott string). Unsure what additional program to consider, we visited another resort which ended up to become correct alongside a highway overpass, loud, with areas of reduced quality.in the last month, I Have traded several emails about that customer support disappointment with Marriott and also the Greenspoint Residence Inn.in most our communication, Home Hotel has preserved that it had been "beyond our control."
