KIDS AUTO - CNAC, Kid's Financial, INC., Company Suing for the full amount repo. Agreement states if vehicle is reposessed they only charge $275.00

We purchased a vehicle from KIDS AUTO - CNAC for just over $9,000. We were late on a few of the payments and the collection department thought it would be a good idea if they took the vehicle back. We agreed. Due to the nature of the company being a dealership that sold older vehicles to help people with bad credit they had us sign an agreement that if the vehicle was repossessed they would not come after us for the full price of the vehicle like in a normal repo, instead we would be charged a flat repo charge of $275.00.

We were served papers stating they are suing us for the full price of the vehicle and they placed the hearing in the farthest court in the area they could in hopes we wouldn't be able to attend the hearing.
