They resell used items as new! They are overpriced! Could care less about you!

Rimco on Paxton St. Has to be one of the worst run stores I have ever been in! All of the items are overpriced! They have no problem selling you used or damaged goods as new (they are deffinetly charging you as if they are new)! Every one of the employees has an attitude! Whatever you do don't expect any kind of help or cooperation. The utter lack of service or respect to the customer is enough to leave you speachless! They really don't even seem to have any respect for customers personal property, Its kind of like "Oh we broke something? WHO CARES!". They will not stick to their own contracts, or want to honor any warranty! I guess what I'm trying to say is that dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences of my life (I wish that was a joke.) NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN!

My personal overall rating of this establishment would be negative five bent stars to match their bent wheels!
