FINANCIAL ripoff

I purchase a Jeep Liberty in 2001 from Napleton Northwestern Jeep in Chicago, IL. The problem started with the canceling of the credit life insurance they offered. The Resource Insurance Company in Dallas Texas are included in the rip-off.

When I cancel the insurance in Feb. 2003. The Chyrsler Financial Division continue to bill my account. The refund check Napelton sent was applied to my monthly statement, which was 1175.58, this is 2 months payment. I guess the crooks in the finance division decided to apply this to the loan.

On April 22 I recieved a call from a Lauren Parker at my place of employment, threatening me. She stated she tried reaching me by telephone. I want too say the mail would have been more efficient. When talking with her on the telephone I begin to hear the rudeness, nasty dispostion that the personell at Chyrsler. The next person I spoke with name Simpson was just as nasty as his counter part.

I have sent a letter to Paul Knauss at the Farmington MI office what results will remains to be seen. I think the personell are train to be idiots or the came to work at Chyrsler already being that way. Also I paid the 2 months, with arranging through customer service, but today which is April 23 Ms Parker called my job again. I have obtained papers fron the Illinois State's Attorney and I will be filling them, also I am contacting SBC because Ms Parker is using the telephone for harrassment. This is the last time I will purchase anything car or parts from Chrysler.
