Abused and mistreated ripoff thieves slow processing liars the business that doesn't give a damn

I took my 2000 Jetta into Fladeboe Volkswagen in Irvine, CA, a week ago and they still have not fixed it. My car won't start and when it does start it stalls after a few minutes of running. They keep changing parts saying that they are 95% sure that this will work and that they will call me back when it's ready.

They never call me back and I'm the one that has to call just to find out any information. They have no idea what they are doing down there. I have been without a vehicle for a week and had to rent one but being under 25 I've had to pay an arm and a leg. To make matters worse somehow they left my car out of the storage facility, unlocked out in the open and my car stereo along with other personal affects were stolen out of it.

They said they will try to replace my stereo but have no idea when they can get it ordered but anything else that was stolen out of my car, that they left unlocked, is not their responsibility.

I am now out money to fix the so called problem plus another $1,000 in lost personal affects. I will never ever go to Fladeboe again. They didnt even seem to care that my stuff was stolen. The service guy even had the nerve to call me and say he had good news, being sarcastic, when he told me about my stolen items. Terrible terrible company!!!
