Raises rates unfoundedly!

Do NOT sign on with 21st.com. They entice you with a low starting rate, mine was around $300 approximately when I started a few years back, then every 6 months increase your rates drastically, all the while, claiming its the industry standards when I had no claims or tickets of any kinds! I had to argue with them in the first year due to this! They even failed to send me some kind of form that I had on file originally, the very first renewal period and increased my payment by $50. When asked, they stated I did not return said papers signed. Why did I need to re-sign ANY papers when you had it all on file originally with no changes on policy? Long story short, I ended up leaving them to Mercury Ins since I was at $600 and had enough! Mercury's rate: $277! 21st is based out of California and I think they must assume all states are obliged to pay California rates. Last little issue that pushed me over the edge which started from the beggining was the hurricane relief charge, I contacted the FL Dept of Ins in Tallahassee and was told this is a ONE TIME charge, yet 21st was charging this to me every renewal period, so I really don't know if Tallahassee was lying to me or 21st.com...
