Ripoff took my car apart and grabbed my wallet when I disputed bill

I went in for the $99 special. They took my car apart & said it would be $777. I said no, put it back, & they said they couldn't, the parts were too messed up. I agreed to have $350 worth of work done; when I returned it was $11 more. They changed the $11 from Shop parts to EPA tax when I disputed it.

When I said I wouldn't pay the extra $11, the man lunged across the counter to try to take my keys to prevent me from leaving, but when I picked them up first he grabbed my purse from my hands, grabbing my chest as well. Another person came outside while I called the police & blocked my car in so I couldn't leave. I filed assault charges with the police and am pursuing legal action.
