Treated as second class

I can not explain how upset and angry I am with their sales staff. I have been waiting for almost two weeks to hear from them regarding status on my interest in a mazda 2001. Whenever I have called I am told they are working on it, (Whoever They Are?) Now I called this morning and some other sales person tells me it has been SOLD. Even though I may not be the most influential or monetarily sound customer, that is absolutely the most appalling treatment I have experienced from any car dealership in my life.
