Best Tran 1 They rip you off by promising huge discounts bait and switch North Orange

Do not ever use this company they are a huge ripp off!!! They claim discount repair work for transmission repair and cheaper parts and labor. Well i was quoted 1497 then i got a new request after they had my car towed to their sub contracted shop and this took 7 days for the car just to be diagnosed and then they wanted to charge me 2700!!! What a joke. They never return phone calls or do their job!!! It is now the 28th and my car will not be done until maybe the 30th. I talked to the owner of the shop doing my job and he said with parts and labor it would have only been 2000!!! I am filing a claim with my bank for undelivered parts and service.

Don't ever deal with ron or dean at best trans they don't get the parts or labor at wholesale prices. They drag their feet and never have answers just excuses. This is the biggest scam and i am going to be reporting this company to everyone. They screwed with the wrong person and no one should be scammed by the them. Best transmissions —besttran1.com
