Not my debt

I reccently received my credit history and realized that an assortment company from the title of profile restoration had a debt that I possessed for $390.00. Your debt was originally from my electrical business and was exposed on Oct. 2008 and closed Dec. 20o8. The only real moment I popped a merchant account with Immediate power was in Feb. 2008. I named my electrical business and requested about that consideration which was exposed under my title in Oct. 2008 they stated their was no additional consideration under my title aside from the one which I exposed in Feb. 2008. I've no idea what's happening and just how they got this debt on my credit history. Truly angry.
