Fraudulent debt

Obtained an assortment notice recently for that quantity of $79.35. I named the amount about the notice to ask about this mystical debt. I had been educated that in 1998 there is a debt quit owed with Baltimore Gas and Electrical. This disrupted me and so I named the corporation.
