This company had not approved me on a loan and decided to charge my bank account 30.00 which incurred bank fees as they had not advised me I was not approved. When the charges occurred on my account, I rang the number and was told the money charged out of my account will be taken of the interest and loan when it's approved BUT I WASN'T APPROVED. Is this right to take money out of an account though I had not signed anything and was not approved for a loan.
