Same story, different day... Look at Bright & Associates website to see why the dealership group offers "additional" products

The story is the same as the gentleman with the March 10 BMW story. Machens Automotive group deals with a bottom feeder organization in St. Louis called Bright & Associates which has all of these after-sale products offered by their partners.in essence B & A runs seminars so dealerships can increase their sales by adding aftermarket products to the initial sales agreement. The Machens group now managed by a non family person Gary Drewing is listed as a reference by Bright & Associates. Did you also get the ACE propack for $700.00 that is sort of like the "Emperor's new clothes"? I should mention that for your $700.00 that you pay you do get a little box filled with small bottles of car car product. Since you don't witness these treatments you really don't know what or if anything was done.

The Machens group also renigs on their original deal stating that "oh, they can't fix anything else, they have such a bottom line price on their vehicle that they have all of the money tied up in the original deal for the vehicle". Then they go to your bank with an inflated loan amount (more than you want to be lent) which includes the add-ons and they say the car needs GAP insurance because the car's loan value is less than the loan. DUH! No wonder! The dealership has jacked up the loan amount by $2000.00 and your $9,000.00 loan for a car worth that amount has now become $11,000.00. Never again! I will take my business out of Columbia, Mr. Drewing and I will buy in St. Louis. I have warned my bank about their practices and I am sure they will warn their members.

P.S. Their $200.00 internet coupon is bogus too as it only works on certain vehicles that they don't have all of their money in on trade and be sure to print it because I think you have to come in the door waving it.
