I own a 2003 ford mustang and the control arm and ball joints were faulty. I hit a pothole on the highway and it knocked everything out of wack. I called the roadside assist and they had it towed to the shop. I called travis at auto repair warranty and he explained everything i needed to do and was very helpful. I got a call later and the work was authorized and i got it back that day. I've never been happier with a warranty co like auto repair warranty. Maybe you guys should just be nicer!
