Poor customer service

I'd a trip about the November 3th 07 from Dubai to NY jfk in Emirate flight. I'd the toughest customer support. A boss name Ghulam who worked that evening in the baggage and examining passports was really uncomfortable, really mean and unhelpful. He addressed me like nothing. I had been unhappy from Emirate flight. He charged 159$ additional for my spouseis baggage that we needed to examine them in, since Dubai airport had fresh regulation for that baggage transport. I show Ghulam to assist and comprehend the problem but he didn't care so he charged me that we believe it had been not really a right billed.
