Bad auto dealer i've never seen

I wrote the letter to request my money back because i didnt use the car not a month, only 7 days, they wrote the letter back to tell me that i didnt return to them withing 48 hours which is rediculus, i went back and forward with them almost 3 days. If i drove a month i wouldnt ask the money back, i had that car only weeks and the car no good, also i have paper from the auto service to prove that's the car bad. They didnt responsed anything, and no money return back to me. I dont know what to do. I am just a student why they're lie. What should i do? Please help
