Failure to check the auto before sale to the custome

I went to this auto dealer and ask them if it's real for $500 down because i have a bad credit, and then they said yes, so i went there and looked the car i want. And then when they ran my credit they said i have to put more down so which weird now cuz their add said $500 down but they asked me $2500 down out of $500 from the add, so i need the car for school i did made deposit $700 to them and sign contract with them and the rest will fallow another deposit. Not just that i remind them radio and CD player didnt work, they said come back tomorrow but i cant i came back Saturday, the machanic cant do anything for it they said they have to charge me or i have to buy my own to replace it. So i said no i dont have to money to pay for. Thay told me it no warranty.

So i took the car back. Next thing happen the car stop ranning automatic in the middle at the street on Rainbow Blvd for the first time, first i thought it just engine hot so i wait little while then i drive home to silverado ranch area which is where my house is. But it happened again now it on free way East 215 it's almost accident with this time. So i decided to call the company what i should do. Thwy told me to start for them while they on the phone, first didnt worked second it's work and they requested me to drive to them which is far from, it take 35 mins to get there, which is the car you are not really sure you going to take you there, so i refused to drive there, they were keep asking me, " i saw the record while yu drive " so i told them did the record tell you how many time the car stop and almost kill me" they didnt responsed, so i was requesting them to come get the car. They're respoonsed.

While i dont have the car to go work which down the street not far from my house, so i have to drive that car but it's still happened samething... So on the way home i decide to bring to the shop which close between my house and work. So they found out it's alot of thing need to be fixed and they failure to check it and its not good quality for this car. And the auto shp asked me when did you this car, i said only 7 days, they told me to return the car it's not good, so i did called them to come pick up the car, but they didnt refund my $700 because i fail to make another deposit that what they said and also consider as a repocession... Which it unkool

Please help they need to do something and i need my money back too. If i drive a car like amonth i would request the money back, but i only drove for 7days. On 7days period i go went back and forward with them days already if i caculated only has that car only 4 days
