Ripoff political corruption ripoff waste of time tricked & lied to us

I had crashed my car and sent it over to lak auto. My car spent over 5 weeks in his shop without ever being touched. He told me that he had a alot of work to do just to be patient. I could not take it any longer so I told him I will take the car out if he does not work on it so later on that day he called me up so I could pick up the car.

I drove off with the car and headed down the hill to my house and realized that I could not stop. I get my car towed back to his garage and told him that my brakes didn't work and I want to know what went wrong. When he did the frame work to my car he told me that he forgot to straighen the frame out after he was done with the welding. He did not want to pay for parts and labor for the brake line and he also blew a ahole on the side of my trany because there was not enough clearance to clear the trany when the car was lowered back down.

I do not want to bring my car back to him because it was there 3 times and eveytime it's there something else goes wrong. He owe's me a $800 tranny and he needs to staighten the frame.
Please help me I don't want him to touch my car again. Thank You
