Sold me a car in may 05 with 06/06 Inspn stickers, theirs now way this car passed

I got a car from Bob Miller auto sales on may 23/05 it has 06/06 stickers on it. I drove it 3 times but after I slid under a red light and me and my 9 year old girl was almost hit by a truck I took the car to get fix. Here they gave me a list costing almost $1,200.00 and thats just what they can fix. Here the axe is broke and leaking grees on the rear brakes. The right front brake is shot and thats why it cant stop. The head lights dont work, the brake lines are hose, the fuel lines are hose, their is a 2-3" gap all along the whole driver side of the car and nothing to hold it on. All four floor bords have rusted holes though them, the frame rails are gone, the wheel wells are rusted though, the trunk has no latch to keep it shut, the exasust leakes, their not even a rear veiw mirror! I took the car to Crivelli Chevrolet to find all this out and they said the whole body will have to come off pluss the chase. Now I know I got the car as is but theirs no way this car passed Inspn it has to be a LIck and Stick.
