Florida Auto Brokers
"Paying for the repair would be like throwing my money out on the street."

In July I bought an RV from Florida Auto Brokers. It was listed as being in excellent condition, but when I purchased it, many things were broken.
The fridge didn't work, and the salesman wrote a promise to pay for it on the sales slip.
Five miles away from the dealership I turned on the generator and it died and covered the ground in oil. I e-mailed the salesman, Nick Schmidt, and was promised in writing that they would stand behing the RV and fix it.
Several other problems were discovered, but I didn't seek reimbursement for them.
After getting the problems fixed they began to give me the runaround. After a BBB report and three months of near-daily calls, the owner, Craig Cinque, finally paid for the fridge, but NOT for the generator.
He told me, "The RV can blow up the minute it goes off my lot, and it isn't my problem. Understand?"
He also said that he would absolutely not pay for the generator repair and that, "Paying for that repair would be like throwing my money out on the street."
When I informed him that I would make this incident as public as possible, he told me that he didn't care because he was selling the company in three months.
Do not buy from Florida Auto Brokers. They are dishonest and do NOT care about their customers.
