Won't reimburse for parts

I bought a scooter from their store for my worker, George Bowerman. Combined with the scooter I purchased 12 months of components guarantee for $79. I requested a speedometer from their store and waited over 3 months. Once they couldn't discover the component, I did so a live-chat over their site and requested them easily might purchase that part along with a piston and bands from the dealer they purchased the scooter from. They stated I really could and all I'd to complete was send them the bill plus they could pay me. I sent them the bill over per month a chance and that I did a live-chat atleast 3 times. And they'll not deliver me a reimbursement of $113.31. Our scooter sales bill is #12463 to get a 50 cc Croatia Touring Moped the sum total purchase was $1,128.90
