Allstate Insurance
I went to the Allstate WEB site and received a quote! Not an estimate but QUOTE it turned out to be 'bate and snatch' St. Augustine FL Internet

I contacted the agent with the so called quote.

The agent just laughed. He stated that the WEB people had only been doing this for a year and did not known what they were doing.

There was no way that he could honour the quote! He was going to look into it and call me back. Needless to say he never did. I think these WEB site quotes are just loss leaders or electronic 'bate and snatch'.
