Scammer operation run out of Cleveland, OH. Any significant claim is simply refused for a number of reasons, but usually they simply delay giving you an answer forever until you need your car back and just pay for it yourself, like we had to.
If you don't want to pay for the repair yourself, then your car just sits in the shop forever. As they will tell you, they are under no compulsion to give you an answer (as to whether they will cover your claim) in any certain time frame, ever!
And that is why they are cheaper than others, because they're not going to pay claims anyway. I received a nasty phone call from the president of the company Mike Petruziello who was rude and yelled at me. They denied the whole claim, when all the parts were covered on the warranty.
