A&A Towing
A&a towing in long beach are low class scammers. Towed car illegally had car for 1 hour charged 242 bucks to get it back!

On Saturday my Husband and I went to long beach drop off a gift at a friends house. The paarking was horrible on the street so she suggested that we park behind her apt building in a parking stall next to a Sudses laundry parking stalls. Clearly were not dumb enough to park our car inside a laundry parking lot afterhours with a signs posted DO NOT PARK at almost every parking stall. We were parked behind the apartment building in the stalls obviously Designated for the apartment no signs posted that said Do Not Park like it did at the laundry parking (Lucky I had My camera in Purse!).

We called 911 the car was not reported towed so we thought it was stolen untill I dialed the number to A&A towing and the rudest person in the world answered the phone and said yeah we got that car in 20 mins ago and said if i wanted the car back tonight it will be 241.89 to get it out. I screamed but you towed it illegally you stole my car she hung up. My husband called gave her the vehicle make model and color she put him on hold for 10mins. I called back on my cell phone she answerd said "I tired of yall so I aint releasing the car in the morning" Then she hangs up the phone. My Husband callsasking for the address to come pick up the car she said " I WILL GIVE YOU THE ADDRESS IN THE MORNING WHEN I WILL RELEASE THE CAR" Praise the lord for iPhone i googled the name of the company and got the address. My brother in Law came to get us to take us to the tow company and The rude woman told us to come back in the morning once we told her what car we wanted so We explained to that we contacted Long beach Police and the car has not been reported towed we gave her the money she gave us the car.

There has been Numerous complaints filed against this company to Consumer affairs. Were planning on sueing for the 241.89. They picked the worng ones to mess with I will do what ever I can cause this aint right what if we didnt have the money? What happens to the people who dont have enough to pay these Vultures? This is not right. Espically during theses hard times the company is Dirty and the need there Doors closed.
