We received a letter that said there was a problem with our dash on our 1999 contour so we took it to the dealer we bought it from and they said not to worry about it till it happened, well it happened and they told us that time had run out and they were not responsible for it now. We have been fighting with hutcheson ford and also ford motor company. I would think that they would stand by thier product and fix the problem with out a expire date knowing full well that it is a problem with the car and one that

They should fix anytime. I now have this piece on my dash that covers the vent flopping up and down and looks very bad. I hope you can help me get this fixed.
