Water in tail lights

I've a 2006 PT Cruiser. Lately an individual who have been behind me, ripped up beside me and toldl me all my tail-light were out. While examined, there is condensation (water) within the taillight cover. We changed the burned-out bulbs and dried up the addresses.in regards to a week later, I experienced an automobile wash. Again a week ago, my taillights are out and there's more water within the taillight handles. I am thinking they're shorting out of the water. Likely to dealer tomorrow. Has anyone else had this issue?
