This guy sells junk!

I purchased a car from him and he sold me a bunch of junk... When I got the car, I knew there would be alot of work needed, but did not mind. This is a list of things that have been 100% WRONG and he knew about it before the sale.
1. The drive shaft was not aligned and had to be remade.
2. The steering column was not even close to being usable... I had to purchase a new one.
3. Leaf springs pads were not the correct ones... He did make this right.
4. Motor mounts not even close, but he said that they were the correct ones for a big block engine.
5. Radiator was not the correct one for the car... Had to have it modified to work.
6. Pedal assembly was not even close to being the correct one for the car, but he make it right.
7. Brake booster and master cylinder were not even close to being new like he told me... I had to buy a new one too.
8. Brake calipers were about 30 yrs old and he claimed they were new... I had to buy new ones too.
9. Rear seat was a piece of junk. Not the correct one like he said when I purchased the car. I made it work with ALOT of mods.
10. Rear right 1/4 panel was installed wrong. NOW I have misaligned door with the 1/4 panel.
11. Fenders were NOT blasted to the bare steel like he said. When my paint man did the work on them, he found alot of rust and patch work.
12. The driver side door skin was put on, but not bonded, so now the door skin has to be bonded AFTER paint was 100% complete. He said that the car was 100% ready for paint.
13. Wiring harness that he said was "usable" was full of shorts and burnt wires. Had to purchase new one.
14. Front end sway bar was installed upside down. I had to have that corrected.
15. Headers were supposed to work, but they were not even close to working. I had to purchase new headers.
