The owner of this business does not understand why it failing and puts the blame on everyone else instead of putting the blame where it truly belongs (him).

This dealership has constant turn over of employee's since the current owner has taken over. The customer based has been left confused and dazed because everytime they return it is under different management and the staff has changed. A number of previous employee's have sued this dealership due to the mis handling of their termination and back wages.
