At noon, this store was 57o & when asked to turn up the heat, I was told that the owner wanted it kept cool. When pressed by me another employee was able to increase the heat. I was stunned to find out that I was charged 20 cents for 2 cups of water. My burrito was so bad tasting that I threw most of it away. When I asked for the owners name and phone number I was told that she didn't know his name other than Frank & had no number for him. Trying to contact Taco Bell home office was unsuccessful. What a bad way to run a business. I will never return to this store.
