Didn't fulfill contract

We purchased a fresh 2007 Jeep Patriot and paid money. They guaranteed on the agreement that to get a full-year we'd get gas improvements along with a touch-up paint work. Effectively the homeowners went of company making people without any gas improvements with no paint work. That is legal simply because they charged us for this. They ripped us down and that I want to understand who this operator is basically because I deserve my money-back for that promise that I settled.
