Entertainment center never installed San Bernardino

I bought a kia sedona on 09/29/09 supossed to be fully loaded, except for the leader seads. Not knowing, I agreed to have an entertainment center put in for $1800.00 on the 4th of oct. The van was totalled on the 3rd. I contacted them to let them know, that the entertainment center was not to be put installed. I went to the dealership a couple of weeks later to be reimburst and to cancel any extented warrenty and gap insurance. According to the finance manager, it will all be taking care off. A month went by, I did not hear from them, I went down to talk to them and got pretty much brushed off: They are looking into it and will let me know. Needles to say, they never got back to me. I played their games for 4 month until i was told, they would give me "store credit". I did not need store credit and told them, that I bought a
"really fully loaded Kia Sedona" at a different dealer ship. They looked at me funny, so I started to name of some features the kia they sold me as fully loaded did not have. Beside the fact, that the money for the never installed entertainment center was never returned, I never received a refund in the gap insurance. I got fet up of being pushed around and filed a law sued against shaver. The guy representing Shaver had the nerve to say, the van came with the entertainment center and wondered why I filed so late. He promised me the return of the gap insurance. Supposedly a month after Sept. 23, I was to get back the gap insurance, it never happened. I won the case, but Shaver filed an appeal, which is due in court on the 13th of Feb. 2009. Their case is, that the entertainment center was installed, because they made me inital on it "upon receipt". Yet, I have still the wrecked van in the driveway and still have no gap insurance returned to me. I will keep you posted. I believe, this is why they are not in business anymore.
