Redline Towing
The most rude, arrogant employees who admit their involved in a very profitable racket

My wife and I attended a dinner in a Private, gated community. We parked about 15 feet from a fire hydrant (NO MARKINGS ANYWHERE -no warning at the hydrant) Security people had our car towed by Redline saying, on the form we received later, this was our LAST notice (we had never been there before). My wife was taken to Redline by a friend and was forced to stay outside the door until she called and made a formal appointment (11:30PM).

Once allowed in, the employees of this suppossed "FAMILYOWNED" BUSINESS were not only very rude to her but they also bragged about how much money they make on towing commissions. They even told her as she watched car after car coming to their lot, that it was a very profitable "Rip-Off." She ended up paying $355.00 for the tow, a gate entrance fee (100.00) and a 24 hour storage fee of $45.00.

Tri-City Patrol was the reporting security company.

I have diabetes and had my testing equipment in the car. When we asked about getting it they laughed and ignored my request. The way these Redline people treat others, the idea that a security agency is so forceful about calling only REDLINE people leads me to believe that commissions are paid by the towing company to communities that get them to tow vehicles from their premises.
