Beware of this company

Do not believe or trust this company with your vehicle. They make-up stories about why they cannot deliver your vehicle when promised.

In September I purchased a car in Knoxville TN for delivery to Havana, FL. I was told that if the dealer got the car to their (DAS) drop-off point on Friday they would be able to deliver my car within the week. The dealer went out of his way to deliver the car to their drop-off before closing time.

The car did not leave their lot until almost a week later. On one occasion I was told the car was on its way, but the truck broke down some where in Georgia and they were waiting for parts. The next time I called, several days later, they said it hadn't left the drop-off point yet, but was scheduled to leave that next morning.

When the car finally arrived, almost thirty days after it was dropped off, I picked it up and it was filthy. I told every member of my car club and anyone I meet at car shows to stay away from this company. They admitted they screwed up and had the nerve to offer me a $25.00 gas card for my troubles. I told them what they could do with there gas card. I compalained to the Dallas BBB but they just rolled over as usual.
