Scam and cheating

I visited the Morristown, Tennessee Autozone shop at 625 S. Cumberland St on March 22 to buy a gas injector. An associate supervisor was waiting on me. I'd previously named forward to arrange the right gas injector that I needed.

Upon visiting the shop, the associate supervisor was wondering me if my 1994 Astro van experienced the 4.3 Vortec motor or even the regular TBI 4.3. I responded that my truck had the 4.3 Vortec motor... Which the individual whom I'd voiced to about the telephone had explained the cost was some $75.00 unusual bucks...

The mgr explained that there is no method that I'd the Vortec motor since the injector could cost around 285.00. I stated, no, the guy about the telephone explained $75.00. I stated, friend, my truck has device addresses that state V6 Vortec... He explained, well. Somebody may have simply set these device addresses onto it, since no Vortec motors possess the throttle body.

I mentioned, friend, I understand what my motor claims on it. Then he switched away and began to proceed and obtain the component. I stated, nicely, I understand that my device handles state V6 Vortec onto it. The associate supervisor, then becomes in my experience and shouts' I'm not likely to claim along with you' I stated, what 'what?' He claims, 'I'm not likely to market you this component'

I then responded...'friend, I've the cash and that I need the injector.' market it to me' then he flat-out retains on declining to market it to me... I stated, okay, that's good. I then told him.'I'll look after you on Monday.' He responds again and again in a noisy voice.'go right ahead and look after me today'. PROCEED!!! Go Right Ahead And look after me today!' I said, nah. I'll look after you Mon!' I then switch to depart... And he shouts out 'You're only a loudmouth!'

This assistant supervisor screamed out all this before about 20 clients. Extremely unprofessional... All I did so was inform him that my engine was a Vortec motor... Which my valve handles stated Vortec in it... Then he works such as this. I've never been handled thus rudely before in my own life. I really could not think it was happening...

I've invested a lot of money within this shop through the years, but never again. It had been really uncomfortable to become spoken to just like a puppy before customers. This associate supervisor was looking to get me to begin anything with him. He's the main one having a horrible perspective along with a smart mouth. It type of enables you to wonder what type of people Autozone has employed in their shops.

I thought really endangered by him and that I won't go back to any AutoZone again. I'm also likely to be calling top administration about that scenario. I'm as though no body cares as of this shop. I understand, I'll never be again! Cheers!
