This guy took advantage of me and took all my money

This guy sold me a 1992 mercedes benz and neglected to disclose some hiccups. I. E the drivers seat didnt work well i am 5'3 and the seat was so far back that i couldn't even drive it and i would be the main driver... Anyhow i am taking him to small claims court as well because he also failed to mention that there was money owed when i took it to the dmv to register. I had asked him what i needed to do to get plates and he said it was smogged and all was need is the transfer fee of 30.00... When confronted he said he never said this and denied even going to the dmv... He had purchased this vehicle at the auto return on 1-23-09 as was reqiured to register within five days of purchase wich he failed to do. I bought the vehicle on 2-20. It was going to cost me 348.00 to register and i am a mother 3 neededing a good car. He knew i was spending way out of my price range and took advantage of me and my family. This car tapped me out and now have 2600 sitting in the garage because i can't afford to pay the registration. = (

He is a liar and a phony. Beware he has all of his family involved in this scam
