I was the high bidder on e-bay for a 1987 Buick Grand National. Kenneth Hoysradt was the supposed seller of the car. The car was supposedly in excellent condition except for a stain on the hood from a coke spill. He did not want a deposit, but I offered anyway (my mistake). We then also agreed, that since he did paint work, he would repaint the hood, and he asked for an additional deposit.in total I gave him $1,500.00.

We had communicated for about a month, as I was trying to find out how the painting was coming. He offered to return my deposit, and I told him that I still wanted the car, but if he could not deliver, then please return my deposit. He then said he was going to return the deposit, so I told him ok. After he continued to stall me for a couple of months he just stopped responding.By the time this happened, I no longer had any recourse through e-bay or paypal, since it was more than 30 days. I had received an e-mail through e-bay from someone else that had a problem with this seller, but he seemed so legitimate, I just went on.

Later I found out he re-painted the entire car, and wanted me to pay more money. I am not sure what his scam was about, but since the car was suppose to be perfect, except for th hood, I can only guess it was a lie as well.

I have not decided if I am going to sue, as I am not located near the seller, otherwise for sure I would.

I hope this helps anyone else planning to do business with Kenneth Hoysradt, as you should be very careful.
