We're clients who obtained a broken, faulty Liebherr domestic frig CS1600 on Feb 3 from AJ Madison, Brooklyn, NY. We don't understand when the flaws and problems happened during transportation or production.

We've two young children and also the device is unpredictable on its foundation, which its most dangerous deficiency.

We approached both AJ Madison and Liebherr reps in the united states and Germany and required its elimination from our house. Neither organization has claimed responsibility.
