Completely lied anout the deal they were attempting to make!

I was a recent Potential buyer at midway they sweet talked me in driving sixty plus miles to come in and look at a vehicle! So unfortunately I went down there late with my eight month pregnant fiance to trade in the car. Everything seemed to be well. We see two of the models i was looking for and an older lexus seemingly in good condition. We drove the cars and got a decent feel.

When we got in the first model it was exactly what we wanted. We were sold on the car alone. But didnt want move to fast so we take the next one around. They tried to sell us this car with no gear nob high mileage and later found out it was a piece of garbage from a different car salesman. "might I add this is supposed to bee a luxory car with no Damn gear nob and shitty engine work that they for sure werent going to tell me about."

Next we take around the lexus it was actually a great car low priced great interior i was just about sold here too! And hes was for sure ready to get into the paper work and start proposing on this car. So i decide to give it one more look and what do you know there is a a scratch and dent the size of my hand by the right bumber and also a decent size one on the front. And it wouldnt be too bad if my hand was small but im 6"3 and my hand covers some pretty good ground. And they were for sure gonna let go kill the value of my trade in for some body work but ignore theres and try and sale me for more! We decided on the car.

We put together proposals and deals for a good half hour its about nine thirty now and we finally get a plan they want a down payment sure but wont take a check they want straight cash. So the salesman and the General Manager say the car is yours deal is done just bring back your down payment in the morning at nine we will swap cars tfax the rest of the paper work to your fiance so she can sign and send them back while she is at work! Fair enough right? Wrong!

These Knuckleheads had me drive almost an hour in a blizzard back to layton and when i got there my car wasnt even on the lot, First he claimed that a rep took the car home because it was the dealer show car since it was the nicest on the lot. I was livid I had to be to work in twenty minutes and my car was not on the lot as well as none of the paper work had even been put together or printed. They gave me the run around for a whole hour still no car. Said they need banking in formation for our pay off and more excuses start. Now they want extra thousand for a down payment for a car some Jacka* is who ridin for his night life fun! I had enough cash to do it but I couldnt even stay on there property any longer with throwin a punch. I gathered the information i gave and left!

Im 22 and have owned over 7 cars in a three year period. Midway Auto was by far my absolute worse experience go there if your in the mood to waiste time and look at luxory go karts!
