Auto Check
Unlimited account is a ripoff Internet

Cars & Transport

We were shopping for a used a car for our family. We decided the best course of action would be to purchase autocheck.com and get the unlimited for 60 days for $24.99. We looked at several vehicles and after putting in 25 vin numbers we were told that we were done with our account.

This is the exact message we received: "Our records show that you have accessed 25 reports or more in less than 60 days with an AutoCheck Unlimited or AutoCheck TitleGuard consumer account."

When we purchased the unlimited for 60 days we did not know we were paying a $1.00 a vehicle for each one we researched. If you want to look at vin numbers for shopping for a used a car be warned you NEED to know how many vehicles you will be looking at before you buy a package!!! After 25 vins you have to buy another package to look at more!!!

Since when did unlimited become limited to 25??? It should state plainly on their order form how many you are getting for your money.
