I went into mr. Tire on friday morning to obtain a fundamental oil change. The guy said it'd

Consider about 30 to 40 minute. To obtain me in. And he said about 15 to 20 minute. To complete oil change.

Therefore about one hour. Well to begin, it took just more than 2 hours. They said our stub was broken also it would charge $50.00 to repair. He explained who ever done it last should of made it happen. Nicely, mr. Tire done it last and that i was not likely to pay $50.00 due to their error.

The man huffed and puffed but did repair without price. While driving house i smelled anything burning. I believed some fat should have spelled also it would just melt away. Well later that night smoking arrived of engine region. I stopped. Oil was throughout motor. It made my wife and i therefore ill i could not generate it like this. And so i visited a close by place and steam cleaned the engine. After i was washing observed a reduction on my fender alongside my tire. I called and manager was gone. I went in next day. 8:00 discussed to supervisor tom frey told him about oil and destruction. He explained, (this really is no rest) well things happen i'm sure they did not get it done purposely. Talking about the oil. And said nothing can be achieved about the damage once it leaves the store. I understand easily returned a few days later but it was the next day. At 8:00 mr. Frey was very smug about any of it. I told him it was not like this after i introduced it in. Again he said he was not likely to do anything about any of it. Mr. Tire is ot accountable for the damage. I told him if you look at my background i actually do many business there and the damage isn't alot it's the purpose. They'd not fess up to the damage. Which the manager was very rude and smug while talking tome. I told him if mr. Tire does not do anything about any of it i'd never conduct business there again and that i might tell everyone i understood. It was the very first time durig your conversation he said he was sorry. Which was to tell me he was not likely to help me.
