I purchasd my extended warranty by phone. They are very nice on the phone and make it sound so good. Have tried cancelling my policy from the begining. After many months of getting the run around I finally stoped my bank draft.

They use misleading, high pressure, unethical and improper sales tatics. You can never get to talk to a real live person most is press 1 for this or 2 for that. I do not recomend this company or any of its partner companys to anyone. Do not buy from this company.
